Shipping policy

Domestic USA - 

We use the shipping method you choose at check out. If you want your items faster please choose the correct shipping method. 

Once the shipping company has the item we no longer hold responsibility over that item. If you chose a insured shipping method we will claim it on your behalf. If you did not, you will have to re order the item. 

International Shipping - 

All taxes, and custom fees are the customers responsibility.  We do not submit and fees or taxes to foreign countries. 

Once the item has left our company we hold no responsibly for that item. If you choose a insured shipping choice we will submit a claim on your behalf. 

We will not be able to resend the item until the claim has been settled. 

Tracking is sporadic in foreign countries for us so you may need to investigate this yourself with your local carrier.
