Where We Ship

At this time, Wildwood Ritual ships exclusively within the United States and its territories. (This includes APO Addresses).

While we don't currently offer international shipping, we hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future as our small business grows.

Shipping Options

We ship all orders using the shipping method selected at checkout. If you need your order to arrive sooner, we encourage you to choose an expedited shipping option when placing your order.

Once Your Order Ships

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and transit handling are outside of our direct control.

While we cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates, we're always happy to help if you have questions or concerns about your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us.

For shipments covered by shipping insurance, we'll gladly assist with filing a claim on your behalf.

For uninsured shipments, replacement costs may be the customer's responsibility when the carrier is responsible for the loss or damage, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
